Do you sell your modules assembled or not?
All our modules are fully assembled and not include all necessary accessories and wires.
Do you use authentic components on your devices?
Yes, we use only authentic components.
Can you make some special modification for me?
No, all devices are sold as is.
Can you send items anywhere in the world and how much does it cost?
Yes, we can send anywhere. The small package price is USD50.00
How soon will be my order sent out?
We send orders within 3 working days after payment. No parcels will be sent on holidays and weekends.
How long does delivery take?
Usually the parcels are delivered within 2 weeks to one month. Please do not open any PayPal disputes during this time!
What service is used for deliveries?
All orders are delivered by air registered mail.
What should I do if can't track my parcel?
Recently some tracking numbers for parcels sent out from China could not be tracked on the website of China post.
Will I get any notice after my parcel has been sent out?
Yes, as soon as we get a tracking number from the post office we will send you a notice with your parcels details.
How can I know when my parcel was sent?
The notice with the parcel's details will be sent on the day of the dispatch.
What should I do if my parcel has got lost?
Contact your local post office.
How can I return my order?
You can send your order back if you find a defect within one week after receipt of the parcel.
What should I do if my parcel is broken?
We don't accept any claims due to the postal service's faults.
Can you help to find a lost parcel?
Yes, but only in case if it has not left the territory of China yet.
If my parcel has not been delievered within over two weeks is it considered to be lost?
No, the delivery term may last up to one month.
